Top Fantasy movies - Scifiguy - 11-29-2025
I love Science Fiction, but also Fantasy, I think sometimes they can go hand in had. But what is your top give Fantasy movies and why? I have an endless list but if I had to name five which I am, then they would be.
- Conan the Destroyer, some old school hack and slashing does a Saturday night good.
- Dragonslayer, wow the dragon in that one you just knew was an evil SOB.
- Labyrinth, not a fan of David Bowie, but in this movie I think he did really well. Love the characters, creatures. And Meg the swamp hag holy smokes.
- Time Bandits, the mind that thought of that movie is either brilliant or insane. Wowsers what a movie.
- Lord of the Rings, the 1978 cartoon. Compared to todays animation nor really detailed, but it to me was just so good and well done.
I really would like to know what everyone else's faves are? If you have more than five list them.
